Day 4

Another early morning, we set off at 4:30 am, another long and monotonous drive, I had now developed a severe case of food poisoning from my big feast in Uyuni the day before and was feeling extremely ill.

The journey took about 8 hours until we eventually reach the Chilian border. The journey had now come to an end, I had a blast and developed an amazing appreciation for Bolivia's southern Altiplano. I was glad I had taken the trip, but was equally glad it was over.
